| Ms Sharon L. Allen | Ms Sharon L. Allen is a member of board of directors at First Solar Inc since August 2013. On August 23, 2012, the board of directors of Bank of America Corporation elected Sharon L. Allen, to serve on the Board, effective immediately. Ms. Hudson is a member of the Board of BOFaDirectors of the University of Florida Foundation, Inc. and the University of Florida Engineering Leadership Institute.
