| Mr Jackson Peter Tai
| Mr Jackson Peter Taia is a director of Eli Lilly & Co since November 1, 2013. Mr Tai has served as a director of NYSE Euronext since April 2010. | Mr Leo Rafael Reif has been a director of Schlumberger since 2007.
