Mr Cunningham was a member of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and a Director of Investec Securities (previously Fergusson Brothers Hall Stewart), responsible for promoting listed South African mining companies and capital-raising globally. He was a rated gold, coal and platinum analyst dealing with buy-side institutions in South Africa. He holds a Marketing and Branding in Global Markets certificate from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and has a diploma for evaluating rough and polished diamonds. |
| Mr Hayat Ahmad Qidwai

He has taught geology at the Aligarh M. University, India and at the University of Utah, USA as well. Dr. Hayat’s projects have taken him all over India, Oman, USA, Tanzania and the Philippines. He is a member of the Geological Society of America, Society of Economic Geologists (USA), Society of Mining Engineers of AIME (USA) and American Association of Petroleum Geologists. He is also a life member of the Indian Association of Sedimentologists. He has authored a book on Industrial Rocks and Minerals in the Sultanate of Oman. Dr. Hayat has also reviewed the book on Economic Mineral Deposits by Jensen and Bateman while he was a postdoctoral Fellow in the USA. He has published 20 research papers and presented his work at 10 international symposiums. Dr. Hayat holds a Ph.D degree in geology and also holds a postdoctoral fellowship from the University of Utah, USA. Recently, Dr. Hayat has taken up responsibility as the Chairman of Bedrock Mineral Resource Consulting (BMRC) firm registered in UAE and Minvest LLC, Oman, a company primarily involved in mining. He is a founder member aspiring to develop and promote the Mineral and Mining Industry in the Sultanate of Oman. |
