In 1991, she was seconded to Tanjung Manis Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of STIDC as a Manager for a period of 6 months. In 1996, she temporarily served as a Senior Manager (Administration & Finance) of STIDC, before returning to the position of Senior Accountant in the same year.
