| Mr Sim Hong Kee
| Mr Sim Hong Kee is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA); the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA); Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM) and Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners (IERP). He has attended the Harvard Business School’s Senior Management Development Program, Executive Program at Harvard School and the IBM Asia Pacific Advanced Management School. Mr Sim began his career with a public accounting firm and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981. He joined IBM Malaysia where, over a period of about 31 years, he held various senior local and regional leadership positions in the areas of financial planning; pricing; treasury operations; real estate strategy; taxation; legal; business controls; business practices; joint venture evaluation and formation; leasing operations; accounting, sales and credit control. Some of the C-level positions he held in IBM include: Executive Assistant of Asia Pacific Chief Financial Officer; Chief Financial Officer; Head of Country Operations; Director of Key Accounts; ASEAN/South Asia Regional Project Management Office Leader for the divestment of IBM’s PC and Printer businesses and Chief Credit Officer of Asia Pacific Credit Centre of Excellence. He was the Chief Financial Officer cum Human Resource Director of Oracle Malaysia Sdn Bhd from 1995 to 1997. Post retirement, he was the Senior Advisor of Business Process and Internal Audit at a prominent local private equity company: Creador Sdn Bhd from May 2016 to April 2022 and provided oversight on process reviews and internal audit engagement for the portfolio of investee companies engaged in credit reporting; pharmacy; manufacture, distribution and retail of fast- moving consumer goods. Mr Sim was appointed to the Board of GLM on 20 August 2024. He is the Chairman of the Board Audit & Risk Management Committee and Nominating Committee of GLM. |
| Mr Mohamad Zamani Bin Razali
| Tuan Haji Mohamad Zamani bin Razali holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Adelaide, South Australia. Tuan Haji Mohamad Zamani has more than 37 years’ experience in all aspects of the real estate/property investment, property development, infrastructure, construction and facilities management. He started his career in 1987 as a Design and Site Engineer, and he later held senior positions in various property development companies including General Manager, Planning and Development of Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd and Chief Development Officer of Medini Iskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Medini”). He also had property development working experience in the United Arab Emirates from 2006 to 2009. He was the Head of Company of Medini prior to his retirement in 2022. | Mr Quek Kon Sean
| Mr Quek Kon Sean obtained a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Mr Quek started his career in investment banking before joining the Hong Leong Group in 2004. He has held various positions in the Hong Leong Group, including Executive Director of Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad, and is currently the Managing Director of HL Management Co Sdn Bhd, a post held since 2016. | Mr Cheng Hsing Yao
| Mr Cheng Hsing Yao holds a Master in Design Studies from Harvard University, Bachelor of Architecture from Newcastle University, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Arts from National University of Singapore. Mr Cheng is the Group Chief Executive Officer of GuocoLand Limited (“GLL”), the Company’s holding company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Mr Cheng has extensive experience in the real estate sector including developing integrated mixed-developments, Premium Grade A offices, high-end residential projects as well as in urban planning. He has held various senior positions with GLL Group, most recently the Group Managing Director of GuocoLand Singapore. Prior to joining GLL Group in 2012, he was with the Singapore public service at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (“URA”) and Centre for Liveable Cities (“CLC”) under the Ministry of National Development. He is a board member of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, a member of CLC’s Advisory Panel, as well as a member of URA’s International Panel of Experts, Design Advisory Committee and Heritage and Identity Partnership. He was the Founding Chairman of Discover Tanjong Pagar – the business association to promote Tanjong Pagar as a destination to the wider community, and currently serves as a Director of the association. Mr Cheng was appointed to the Board of GLM on 1 July 2021. |
| Ms Noorbaizura Binti Hermeyney
| Puan Noorbaizura binti Hermeyney graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from University Teknologi Mara in 2002. Subsequently in August 2003, she completed her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants professional examination. Puan Noorbaizura brings with her over 20 years of working experience which is primarily focused on investment and asset management, including experience in spearheading the real estate portfolios for public listed real estate investment trusts and government-linked companies. She has held various senior management positions in her previous employment, among others, Portfolio Manager-Savills Malaysia Asset Management, Chief Executive Officer of Amanahraya-Kenedix REIT Manager, Director for Naza Asset Management and Senior Vice President of Medini Iskandar Malaysia (Johor). Puan Noorbaizura was appointed as the Managing Director of GLM on 18 May 2023. Prior to this appointment, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of GLM REIT Management Sdn Bhd (“GLM REIT”), the Manager of Tower Real Estate Investment Trust which is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. |

| Ms Phoon Yee Min
| Ms. Phoon Yee Min has been appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director of GUH on 30 May 2022. Ms. Phoon graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia with a Bachelor of Accounting Degree. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM). She is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Ms. Phoon is familiar with financial reporting standards and has extensive experience in providing internal audit, risk management and process improvement engagements to clients in various industries in Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Cambodia through her career in an international audit firm in the past. She is currently an Executive Director of YNC Business Consulting Sdn Bhd, a consulting company that provides management consultancy services including sustainability reporting, outsource internal audit, enterprise risk management, corporate governance and compliance services. |
| Gan Kong Meng
| Dato' Dr. Gan Kong Meng has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of GUH Holdings Berhad on 1 June 2015. He serves as the Chairman of Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Share Grant Plan Committee. He is also a member of Audit Committee and Risk Management & Sustainability Committee. He was previously a Senior Vice President for corporate integrity/surveillance & security and Chairman for credit review and risk assessment/investor relations of a public listed company till 15 March 2020. Key responsibilities included implementing internal controls, working with relevant authorities and adopting important rules such as those relating to business relations and those relating to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. Dato' Dr. Gan graduated from the University of Science, Malaysia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics & Mathematics, a Master of Social Science Degree in Anthropology/Sociology and he also obtained a PhD in Drug Research. Dato' Dr. Gan served in the Royal Malaysia Police for more than 30 years before retiring in early January 2015. He was the OCPD of Georgetown, Penang, OCCI of Kuala Lumpur City and he also held various positions in the special branch, management as well as public order. Dato' Dr. Gan's vast experience will benefit the Group in reinforcing the security and risk management issues. |

Subsequently, he ventured into the telecommunications and power cable business. | Mr Kenneth H’ng Bak Tee
| Datuk Seri Kenneth H'ng Bak Tee has been appointed to the Board as the Chief Executive Officer/Group Managing Director of GUH since 1 September 2004. He is a member of the Share Grant Plan Committee of the Board. He serves as the Director in majority of the subsidiaries of GUH and several other private limited companies. In addition to his roles within the GUH Group, Datuk Seri Kenneth has been appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of SBS Nexus Berhad, a public company. He started his career with International Business Machines (IBM) in Kuala Lumpur and IBM in Asia South Pacific Area (ASPA) HQ in Hong Kong. He was also with Leader Universal Holdings Berhad for 16 years. Datuk Seri Kenneth graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics (Double Honours) in Computer Science and Combinatoric & Optimization and also holds a Master of Applied Science (Management Science) from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He is currently a Fellow Member of the Institute of Approved Company Secretaries, an Affiliate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a member of Registered Financial Planner. |
| Mr H'ng Bok San
| Tan Sri Dato' Seri H'ng Bok San is the founder of GUH Circuit Industry (PG) Sdn. Bhd., the Chairman of GUH Holdings Berhad ("GUH") Group and the substantial shareholder of GUH. He was appointed to the Board of GUH on 6 January 1994. Tan Sri Dato' Seri H'ng also sits on the Board of Leader Energy Holding Berhad, a public company. He holds directorships in several other private limited companies. An experienced and well-known entrepreneur who completed his high school examination before obtaining a Certificate in Business Administration and Accounting in Singapore, Tan Sri Dato' Seri H'ng began his career in various fields from marketing management, business administration to the setting up of businesses and manufacturing. Tan Sri Dato' Seri H'ng founded Leader Cable Industry Berhad in 1976 and implemented a restructuring and merger exercise between Leader Cable Industry Berhad and Universal Cable (M) Berhad and established Leader Universal Holdings Berhad as the holding company, which was formerly listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Throughout his career, Tan Sri Dato' Seri H'ng has been very much involved in the business entrepreneurship and he has gained extensive operational experience in the manufacturing as well as the corporate restructuring and merger exercise and many other fields including industry sectors. She has held numerous notable positions in her past, including her appointment as the Asia Pacific Regional Operations Controller with TechnipFMC Asia Pacific, which is a multinational oil and gas services group listed on both the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) and Euronext Paris (“EN-Paris”), as well as being the Corporate Planning Manager with Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad, a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, along with holding Senior Audit positions in Deloitte & Touche in Singapore. |

With more than three decades of public practice under his belt, his experience in the planning and management of audit services extends across numerous industries, including manufacturing, housing development and construction, trading and services companies, plantation, hotel and tourism business, multi-national companies and many others. Besides audit services, he is actively involved in advisory work for inbound investments and indirect tax matters, and has also accrued experience as a reporting accountant for initial public offer exercises. | Mr Tay How Sik
| Mr. Tay How Sik was appointed as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of GCB on 8 January 2005. As a Director of JB Cocoa Group Sdn Bhd from 1987 to 2003, he was instrumental in establishing the cocoa beans processing plant and overseeing the set-up of the production line and machinery installation. He took on the role of Director and Factory Manager of GCCM in 1989 and has since remained in charge of the factory operations. Over the years, he has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the production of cocoa-derived food ingredients as well as in the maintenance and modification of machineries to enhance production efficiency and improve product quality. |
| Mr Hia Cheng
| Mr. Hia Cheng was appointed as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of GCB on 8 January 2005. He obtained his professional accounting qualification from the ACCA in 1991 and became a fellow member of ACCA in 2001. He was with TH Liew & Gan, a local audit firm from 1986 to 1990, before joining GCCM in 1991 as the Accounts Supervisor. In 1996, he was promoted to Finance and Trading Manager of GCCM, leading the department in the sourcing of cocoa beans and the marketing of cocoa butter, cocoa mass and cocoa cake. Throughout the years, he has been actively involved in corporate strategy planning as well as financial and foreign currency management. In addition, he also leads the feasibility studies and investment appraisals for all expansion projects at GCB. He has successfully strengthened GCB’s relationships with major players in the industry, including international trading companies, key suppliers and customers and cocoa-related organisations. Currently, he leads the trading, marketing, accounting, finance and logistic functions of the Group, and is also tasked with leading GCB's expansion projects within European market. In October 2022, he was appointed as the Director of GCBUKP, the newly set up subsidiary in United Kingdom, which is a property management company. |
