He is a Chartered Accountant of Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He is also a licensed tax agent. After graduation, he joined a concrete product company as sales engineer and later joined Gromutual in 2004 as project manager. In 2008, he had been promoted to be the Business Development Manager responsible for exploring business venture and opportunity of the group. | Ms Chew Kwee Hiok
| Ms. Chew Kwee HiokMalaysian, was appointed as an Executive Director of Gromutual on 23 November 2004. She was appointed as Deputy Managing Director of Gromutual on 1 January 2010 and was re-designated as Deputy Managing Director cum Chief Executive Officer on 25 May 2015. She completed her Diploma in Building from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 1988. Upon graduation, she joined one of the leading developers in Johor Bahru as a marketing executive and later joined Idealbase Sdn. Bhd. in 1995 as a Director. Currently, she oversees the business operations and activities of Gromutual Group. She is also a Registered Real Estate Agent since 1997. |
| Ms Nuraini Binti Ismail
| Puan Nuraini Binti Ismail is The Independent Non-Executive Director at the Board at Gdex Bhd. Her working experience includes in the areas of finance, treasury, corporate finance, debt capital markets, trade finance, banking, financial, credit and trading risks, audit & governance, corporate planning, logistics and operations. Being a Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) scholar, she started her career at the Accountant General Office in 1985 and thereafter joined an audit firm to secure her professional working experience. Prior to her appointment to the Board of GDEX Berhad, Puan Nuraini was with PETRONAS for 29 years, since 1992 and the last position held prior to her retirement in 2021 was the Vice-President of Treasury. Prior to assuming this role, she had held various senior positions in PETRONAS Group including Senior General Manager, Group Treasury of PETRONAS, General Manager, Finance & Accounts Services and General Manager, Commercial Services of Malaysian International Trading Corporation Sdn Bhd. She was also appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Petronas Dagangan Berhad from 11 November 2011 till 31 May 2021 and a member of Audit Committee from 1 December 2013 till 31 May 2021. Prior to joining PETRONAS, she had served in various organisations including Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad, Bumiputra Merchant Bankers and Mayban Finance Berhad. |

He began his career with Sony Group Corporation (“Sony”) in 1992, accumulating 23 years of experience in the electronics industry between 1992 and 2014. During his tenure at Sony, he primarily focused on driving global growth strategies and managing sovereign risk at the corporate headquarters in his role as Senior Manager. He also led key financial initiatives on-site in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Mr Hoshi held senior management roles at Sony Global Treasury Services, Plc (2002-2005) and Sony Latin America, Inc. (2012-2015). In these positions, he was involved in several strategic transactions, including the incorporation of a financial services entity, restructuring of the group’s capital recycling framework, improving the cash conversion cycle, establishing a receivables credit insurance program, enhancing financial policies and procedures, and optimizing foreign exchange hedging strategies. From 2015 to 2018, Mr Hoshi served as Deputy General Manager of the Financial Group Division and concurrently as Head of the Finance Department at Macnica, Inc., a semiconductor trading company. There, he spearheaded strategic financial planning, post-merger integration activities, and structural governance reforms. In 2019, Mr Hoshi joined Yamato Holdings Co., Ltd. and concurrently served at Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. as Senior Manager. His responsibilities included investor relations, financial project management, and leadership of the finance departments. Key initiatives under his purview included investor engagement, accounting system overhaul, development of group-wide financial strategies, fundraising, and enhancement of corporate governance. |
| Mr Teong Tsang Whon
| Mr. Teong Tsang Whon is The Executive Director and Head - Global Business Development at the Board at Gdex Bhd. Edmund graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance in 2014 and later obtained his CFA in 2019. He started his career in Deloitte Singapore as a Senior Audit Associate, specialising in financial audit. He was also appointed as the Alternate Director to Mr Teong Teck Lean, Group Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2024. |

| Mr. Teoh Cho Min is an Executive Director and Chief Sustainability Officer at the Board at Gdex Bhd. | Mr Teong Teck Lean
| Mr. Teong Teck Lean is The Group Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Executive Director at the Board at Gdex Bhd.
