| Ms Manuela Soffientini
| Ms Manuela Soffientini is director of Pirelli and C SpA since 1st March, 2012. From 1984 up to 1990 she worked at Henkel Italiana, at the beginning as assistant to the Product Manager responsible for fine fabrics detergent, with specific tasks for developing and promoting communication strategies. From 1987 she took the position of Product Manager (for different kind of products), with specific responsibilities relevant to the revision of key elements of the corporate marketing, the development of new advertising campaigns and in general the new promotional strategies for the entire brand. In 1997 she entered the Philips group: at the beginning in Philips Lighting as Manager Consumer Lamps and Batteries, establishing a new organization for developing the penetration of Philips in the Italian market (lamps and batteries); thereafter, she is appointed General Manager of Philips DAP Italy and in 2008 she entered Philips Consumer Lifestyle, where she took the office of Deputy General Manager and, from October 2008, of General Manager responsible for the small domestic appliances business, with the specific task to complete the integration of two former organization. From 1st March, 2008 she is General Manager of Philips S.p.A.. Since May 2012 she left the office of General Manager Philips Consumer Lifestyle. for taking the position of Chairwoman and Managing Director Cluster Italy of Electrolux Major and Small Appliances Europe.Italy of Electrolux Major Appliances Europe. | Mr Andrey Kostin is director of Pirelli and C SpA since July 10, 2014. From 1979 to 1992 he participated in the diplomatic service, including posts at the Consulate General in Australia (1979-1982) and the Embassy to the UK (1985-1990). Between 1993 and 1995 he held positions of Deputy Head of Foreign Investment Department at Imperial Bank and First Deputy Chairman at National Reserve Bank. In 1996-2002 he served two consecutive terms as Chairman of the Board of Vnesheconombank (appointment by the presidential executive order). Since 2002 he is President and Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Supervisory Council of VTB Bank, a leading Russian lender. Also holds many offices in VTB Bank daughter companies. During his professional career he sat on Boards of major Russian “blue chip” companies, including Russian Railways (RZD) and Rosneft. Currently he is a Board of Trustees number in numerous Russian cultural, sports and educational institutions and foundations, including the Bolshoi Theatre, Saint-Petersburg’s Russian Museum Foundation, Dynamo Hockey Club, Lomonosov Moscow State University. Since 2012 he is also Director (Dean) of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University. He is qualified as independent director according to the provisions of Corporate Governance Code (Borsa Italiana). He graduated cum laude from Lomonosov Moscow State University in international economics (1979), holds PhD in economics from Russian Government Financial University (2001). |

She began her career at Deloitte Touche in 1985. In 1988 she began working as a freelance business valuer. She worked in telecommunications planning and control at the Istituto per la Ricostruzione Industriale from 1989 to 1997, during which time she was involved with Italian telecommunications industry restructuring and privatization. She joined the Telecom Italia Group in 1997 as Head of Business Planning at TIM. In 1999 she became Head of Investor Relations, a position she held in the company until June 2005. In July 2005 she was appointed Head of Market Analysis & Monitoring in the Marketing unit. From October 2005 to August 8, 2008, she was Head of Telecom Italia Group Investor Relations. She has degree in Economics from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza in 1985. She has been a registered Italian professional Accountant (Certified Accountant) since 1987 and has been a Member of the Italian Association of Financial Analysts (Certified Financial Analyst) since 2001. |
