| Mr Bertrand Collomb | Mr Bertrand Collomb is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and a member of France's engineering Corps des Mines, Mr. Collomb held a number of positions within the Ministry of Industry and other cabinet positions from 1966 to 1975. He joined the Lafarge group in 1975, where he served in various management positions. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lafarge from 1989 to 2003, then as Chairman of the Lafarge Board of Directors from 2003 to 2007, and has been the Honorary Chairman since 2007. He is also Chairman of the Institut des Hautes Études pour la Science et la Technologie (IHEST). |
