Mr Ming Huang Mr Ming Huang is a member of board of directors at Qihoo 360 Technology Co Ltd since March 2011. He has been a professor of finance at the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University since July 2005 and a professor of finance at China-European International Business School since July 2010. Professor Huang also served as a professor of finance at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in China from July 2008 to June 2010 and Dean of the School of Finance at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics from April 2006 to March 2009. Prior to 2005, he was an associate professor of finance at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University from September 2002 to June 2005 and an associate dean and visiting professor of finance at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business from July 2004 to June 2005. Professor Huang’s academic research primarily focuses on behavioral finance, credit risk and derivatives. In recent years, his research has focused on Chinese capital market and public companies. Professor Huang serves as an independent director at Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited, a company listed on the NYSE, since August 2008. Professor Huang also serves as an independent non-executive director of Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd., a real-estate company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Professor Huang received his bachelor’s degree in physics from Beijing University, his doctorate degree in theoretical physics from Cornell University and his doctorate degree in finance from Stanford University.
Mr Qian Zhao Mr Qian Zhao is an independent director and chair of nominating and corporate governance committee at SouFun Holdings Ltd. Mr Zhao is a founding partner of CXC China Sustainable Growth Fund, a private equity fund that makes investments in China-based companies. Mr Zhao was a lawyer by training and is admitted to practice law in both China and New York. Mr Zhao co-founded Haiwen & Partners in 1992, a preeminent China corporate finance law firm in Beijing. He worked in Sullivan & Cromwell ’s New York office from 1998 to 2000 and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates’ Beijing office from 2000 to 2003. Mr Zhao is currently a director and member of the audit committee of Trina Solar Limited, a NYSE-listed company, and CXC Capital, Inc., which is the management company of CXC China Sustainable Growth Fund. Mr Zhao received a J.D. degree from the New York University School of Law in 1998 and an LL.B degree from University of International Business & Economics, Beijing, in 1990.
Mr Jing-Shyh Samuel Su Mr Jing-Shyh Samuel Su is an non independent director of Yum! Brands Inc since March 14, 2008. Jing-Shyh S. Su has been Vice Chairman of the Board since 2008. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of YUM's China Division, a position he has held since May 2010. From 1997 to May 2010, he was President of YUM's China Divison. Guillermo Ortiz Dr. Ortiz is Chairman of Banorte, the third largest bank in Mexico and served as Governor of the Bank of Mexico from 1998 until 2009, and as Chairman of the Board of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in 2009. He previously served as Secretary of Finance and Public Credit in Mexico, from 1994 to 1998. Dr. Ortiz was also Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund and is a director of several international non-profit organizations. Dr. Ortiz holds a B.A. in Economics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and both a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University. Mr Robert Rayne Mr. Rayne has been a non-executive director of LMS Capital plc, an investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange, since February 2010, and was the Chairman of LMS Capital from February 2010 to January 2012. Mr. Rayne was the Chief Executive Officer and a director of LMS Capital from June 2006, when the investment business of London Merchant Securities plc was demerged and LMS Capital was formed to hold this business, until February 2010. Mr. Rayne was employed by London Merchant Securities from 1968 to June 2006 and served as its Chief Executive Director from May 2001 to June 2006. Mr Bernard Duroc-Danner Dr. Duroc-Danner joined EVI, Inc., Weatherfords predecessor company, at its inception in May 1987 and was directly responsible for the growth of EVI, Inc.s oilfield service and equipment business. He has directed the growth of the Company since that time. He was elected EVIs President and Chief Executive Officer in 1990. Subsequent to the merger of EVI, Inc. with Weatherford Enterra, Inc. on May 27, 1998, Dr. Duroc-Danner was elected as our Chairman of the Board. Dr. Duroc-Danners family has been in the oil business for two generations. He holds an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in Economics from Wharton (University of Pennsylvania). Prior to the start-up of EVI, Dr. Duroc-Danner held positions at Arthur D. Little Inc. and Mobil Oil Inc. Dr. Duroc-Danner has been a director of LMS Capital plc, an investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange, since 2006. Mr David Butters Mr. Butters has been Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Navigator Holdings, Ltd., an international shipping company the principle business of which is the transport of liquefied petroleum gas, since September 2008 and has been Chairman and President of Navigator Holdings since August 2006. From 1969 to September 2008, Mr. Butters was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Inc., an investment banking company.
