| Dato’ Dr. Choy Fook On, founder of the Company Federal International Holdings Berhad and its subsidiaries (the "Group"), has served as Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman since his appointment to the Board on February 2, 1983. He led as Executive Chairman beginning November 6, 1992, and served as Managing Director from February 12, 1993, until August 8, 1996. In 1996, he received a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Pacific Western University, USA. With over 30 years of experience in the furniture and interior fit-out industries, Dato’ Dr. Choy has a comprehensive background in manufacturing, exporting, and marketing furniture, as well as interior design for offices and hotels. He was appointed by the World Bank in 1990 to serve as Project Consultant, assisting in developing the wood-based industry for China’s General Bureaux of Guangdong and Hainan State Farms. |
