Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions by stc) signed a managed services contract worth SAR 139.97 million with Saudi Telecom Company (stc).
Under the deal, solutions by stc will operate, support, maintain, and monitor the IT network of stc, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The term of the contract extends for 24 months, starting from 1 November.
The financial impact of the deal will reflect on the financial results of solutions by stc as of the first quarter (Q1) of 2022.
It is noteworthy to mention that stc owns 79% of solutions by stc.
