Dubai – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du) has approved a cash dividend distribution of AED 0.11 per share for the second half (H2) of 2021.
This payout will raise the total dividend distribution for 2021 to AED 0.21 per share, equivalent to 21% of the share nominal value, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2021, the company's net profits decreased to AED 1.10 billion in 2021, compared to AED 1.44 billion in the earlier year.
