Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du) has launched a new Cyber Defence Centre in partnership with Wipro Limited, an India-based information technology, consulting, and business process services company.
With leading technologies and a team of security researchers and analysts, the next generation Cyber Defence Centre will provide seamless incident detection, analysis, and response services and mitigate cyber threats, according to a press release on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the Cyber Defence Centre provides a multitenant security platform, including SIEM, security orchestration, automation and response, endpoint detection and response, and threat intelligence.
Commenting on the launch, the Chief New Business and Innovation Officer of du, Farid Faraidooni, said: "The Cyber Defence Center will provide invaluable security capabilities and expertise to government entities and enterprise customers engaged in digital transformation projects, accelerating their digital innovation journeys by outsourcing their cyber security monitoring and management processes."
