Cairo – Mubasher: The net profits of Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development jumped by 20.34% to EGP 213.09 million in 2020, compared to EGP 177.08 million in 2019, according to the company's financial results for the period ended 31 December 2020.
The company recorded a 14% rise in its sales to EGP 489 million in 2020 from EGP 429.03 million in the earlier year.
Meanwhile, the company's board has recommended distributing cash dividends of EGP 118.8 million, representing 45% of the paid-up capital.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first nine months of 2020, the company showed a 17% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its net profits, to EGP 128.51 million, compared to EGP 110.28 million.
