Riyadh – Mubasher: Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab) will distribute cash dividends worth a total of SAR 843.75 million to the entitled shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The company will pay SAR 1.5 per share, representing 15% of the share’s par value, on 13 July.
Yansab added that the number of shares eligible for distribution totals 562.5 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
It is worth noting that in 2020 Yansab reported lower profits by 37.8% at SAR 677.6 million when compared to 2019.
