Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Waha Capital bought back 210,000 shares on 10 July, representing 0.01% of its capital, according to a bourse statement.
The company purchased the shares at AED 1.96 each, totalling AED 411,600.
As a result, the total number of treasury shares grew to 98.43 million, with 96.02 million shares remaining to be purchase.
The company’s stock fell 1.02% to AED 1.95 by 11:15am UAE time after generating AED 765,250 from the exchange of 1.49 million shares.
