Riyadh - Mubasher: United Cooperative Assurance Company announced 1,601.89% year-on-year (YoY) higher net losses after Zakat attributable to the owners at SAR 256.22 million in 2025, compared with SAR 15.05 million.
The loss per share widened to SAR 6.41 in January-December 2025 from SAR 0.38 in the same period of 2024, according to the financial results.
Furthermore, the insurance revenues reached SAR 858.31 million as of 31 December 2025, which signaled an annual decrease of 18.22% from SAR 1.04 billion in 2024.
At the end of December 2025, the accumulated losses of United Cooperative Assurance reached SAR 451.83 million, representing 112.96% of its SAR 400 million capital.
