Umm Al Qura inks SAR 439m sale agreements

Riyadh - Mubasher: Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company has signed two reservation agreements to sell two plots in Masar Destination for a combined sale value of SAR 438.82 million.

Through its subsidiary, Alinma First Development Company, Umm Al Qura penned the deals with Mosa Abdulaziz Al Mosa and Sons Real Estate Company on 7 September 2025, according to a bourse disclosure.

The land spans 4,886 square meters and will be developed for hospitality units, which will boost liquidity through deposits paid at signing.

Valid for six months, the contracts are projected to positively impact the Tadawul-listed company’s financial results upon completion of the transactions.

Earlier this month, Umm Al Qura launched a pre-booking model for a SAR 329 million land sale at Masar.

During the first half (H1) of 2025, the group’s net profits reached SAR 396.34 million, higher by 106.25% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 192.16 million.
