Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian United Float Glass Company (UFG) appointed Abdulaziz Sulaiman Mohammed Al Hadithi as the board’s Chairman for the next four years.
Imran Abdulrahman Saad Al Rashid was also named the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.
The two officials assumed their positions for a new board term running from 1 June 2026 until 31 May 2030.
UFG noted that Al Hadithi and Al Rashid were appointed as non-executive boared members fortheir posts.
