UAE - Mubasher: The UAE will allow 100% foreign business ownership starting from 1 June 2021 under the amended Commercial Companies Law, the UAE Ministry of Economy announced on Wednesday.
The UAE government has recently amended the Commercial Companies Law to enable foreign investors and entrepreneurs to establish and fully own onshore companies.
As part of the UAE's objective to facilitate doing business, the amended law aims to strengthen the country’s competitiveness and attract foreign investors, entrepreneurs, and talents to the UAE.
The law will also boost the country’s position as an international economic centre and encourage the flow of investments.
