UAE– Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) lost 15.55 points (0.38%) on Wednesday and ended the trading session at 4,037.87 points.
A total of 125.71 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 377.01 million.
Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 137.06 million, whereas Union Properties was the most active stock with 27.86 million shares.
National General Insurance Company advanced the gainers with 10.33%, while Al Firdous Holding led the fallers with 4.56%.
The benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) also closed the session lower by 0.435% at 9,614.16 points.
ADX’s turnover amounted to AED 1 billion through the exchange of 191.76 million shares, while the market cap value reached AED 2.69 trillion.
International Holding Company (IHC) registered the highest turnover of AED 210.20 million, whereas Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 32.01 million shares.
Gulf Medical Projects Company topped the risers with 11.76%, while RAPCO Investment headed the decliners with 5.56%.
