UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have maintained their positive performance by the end of Thursday's trading session.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched up by around 0.28% or 7.21 points to settle at 2,546.84 points by the end of Thursday's trading session.
A total of 455.69 million shares were traded through 4,866 transactions valued at AED 293.19 million.
The market cap value increased by AED 110 million to AED 346.15 billion, compared to AED 346.04 billion during the previous session.
Gulf Navigation Holding headed the green zone with 9.29%, while Emirates REIT topped the red zone with 4.5%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index rose by around 0.63% to close Thursday's session at 5,109.19 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 456.92 million after 110.89 million shares had been exchanged.
The market cap value increased by AED 4.68 billion to AED 742.66 billion, compared to AED 737.98 billion during the previous session.
Ras Al Khaimah Co. for White Cement and Construction Materials topped the rising stocks with 14.9%.
