UAE – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) was down by 0.21% at the end of Wednesday’s trading session, closing at the level of 10,018.15 points.
The market’s turnover reached AED 1.29 billion where 211.69 million shares were exchanged through 9,606 transactions. The market cap registered AED 2.10 trillion.
International Holding Company (IHC) generated the highest liquidity of AED 292.23 million, while Multiply Group was the most active stock where 41.12 million shares were traded.
Sharjah Cement and Industrial Development Co was the top gainer with 7.87%, whereas Aram Group was the top loser with 10%.
On the other hand, the main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed the session up by 0.85% to finish at the level of 3,421.69.
A total of 196.01 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 456.25 million.
Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 193.11 million, whilst Union Properties led the trading activity with 59.09 million shares.
Al Salam Sudan was the top riser with 9.09%, whereas Orascom Construction was the top faller with 9.96%.
