UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have closed Tuesday's trading session in the green zone.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) rose by 1.41% to end Tuesday's session at 2,837.17 points.
A total of 184.92 million shares were traded through 3,713 transactions valued at AED 248.9 million.
Ithmaar Holding headed the green zone with 4.6%, while National Industries Group Holding (NIND) topped the red zone with 7.38%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went up by about 0.83% to settle at 6,613.37 points by the end of Tuesday.
Turnover amounted to AED 1.59 billion after 191.31 million shares had been exchanged through 5,682 transactions.
Abu Dhabi National Takaful Co came on top of the rising stocks with 15%, while Emirates Stallion Group headed the red zone with 10.34%.
