UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have closed Thursday's trading session in the red zone.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down 0.37% to settle at 2,857.07 points by the end of Thursday's session.
A total of 96.87 million shares were traded through 2,232 transactions valued at AED 203.54 million.
Emirates Refreshments headed the red zone with 9.82%, while Al Salam Bank - Sudan came on top of the green zone with 2.37%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index declined by around 1.01% to end Thursday at 6,576.04 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 1.28 billion after 189.25 million shares had been exchanged through 3,646 transactions.
RAK Co. for White Cement & Construction Materials led the losing stocks with 9.72%, while Palms Sports topped the rising stocks with 5.03%.
