UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have closed Thursday's trading session in the green zone.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up 0.25% to settle at 2,820.37 points by the end of Thursday.
A total of 85.77 million shares were traded through 2,234 transactions valued at AED 161.6 million.
Emirates Refreshments led the rising stocks with 11.46%, while Al Salam Bank - Sudan topped the losing stocks with 7.06%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched up 0.17% to close Thursday at 7,419.27 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 323.85 billion after 1.42 million shares had been exchanged through 5,624 transactions.
Waha Capital topped the green zone with 14.38%, while Methaq Takaful Insurance Company headed the red zone with 10%.
