UAE stock markets end Monday’s trading session in green

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 29.85 points (0.87%) on Monday and closed the trading session at 3,436.57 points.

DFM’s trading value reached AED 314.76 million through the exchange of 125.86 million shares.

Emaar Properties, which generated the highest turnover of AED 97.07 million, was the top riser with 3.21%.

Meanwhile, Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Aman) headed the fallers with 5.01%.

Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) dominated the trading volume with 18.45 million shares.

The benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) also ended the session higher by 0.752% at 9,501.15 points.

A total of 173.27 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 1.12 billion. The market cap value amounted to AED 2.71 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 263.22 million, whereas Multiply Group was the most active stock with 18.02 million shares.

Sudatel Telecom Group advanced the gainers with 11.81%, while Foodco National Foodstuff (FNF) led the decliners with 10%.
