UAE– Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down by 10.31 points (0.25%) to 4,050.64 points on Wednesday.
A total of 92.71 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 282.13 million.
Emirates NBD witnessed the highest turnover of AED 100.81 million, while Union Properties was the most active stock with 11.90 million shares.
Orascom Construction was the top gainer with 6.23%, whereas Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Aman) headed the decliners with 6.01%.
Meanwhile, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went up by 0.058% to 9,755.10 points.
The turnover amounted to AED 1.10 billion through the exchange of 205.44 million shares, while the market cap value stood at AED 2.84 trillion.
International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 216.35 million, whereas Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 32.19 million shares.
Union Insurance Company topped the risers with 12.99%, while Al Wathba National Insurance Company led the fallers with 10%.
