UAE stock markets close Wednesday in green

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Wednesday’s trading session higher by 9.44 points (0.23%) at 4,038.32 points.

DFM’s turnover reached AED 313.81 million through the exchange of 274.60 million shares.

Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 49.30 million, whereas Deyaar Development was the most active stock with 16.62 million shares.

Emirates Reem Investments Company led the risers with 4.33%, while Orascom Construction headed the losers with 6.80%.

Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by 0.097% to 9,526.14 points.

A total of 487.77 million shares were traded at an amount of AED 1.21 billion, whereas the market cap value hit AED 2.93 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) generated the highest turnover of AED 211.65 million, while Multiply Group dominated trading volume with 18.31 million shares.

Al Khaleej Investment advanced the gainers with 13.74%, whereas National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC) headed the losers with 3.54%.
