UAE – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Tuesday’s trading session higher by 59.69 points (1.79%) at 3,379.42 points.
A total of 159.99 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 386.33 million.
Islamic Arab Insurance Company (Salama) advanced the gainers with 8.92%, whereas Takaful Emarat – Insurance headed the decliners with 9.91%.
Emaar Properties posted the highest turnover of AED 116.15 million, while Salik Company was the most active stock on which 30.76 million shares were traded.
Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) levelled up by 1.535% to close the session at 9,878.34 points.
The trading value amounted to AED 1.34 billion through the exchange of 341.38 million shares, while the market cap stood at AED 2.24 trillion.
Hayah Insurance Company was the top riser with 9.48%, whereas Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company (ADNTC) led the fallers with 10%.
International Holding Company (IHC) recorded the highest turnover of AED 296.32 million, while Eshraq Investments was the most active stock on which 63.35 million shares were exchanged.
