UAE stock markets close Tuesday’s session in green

UAE – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up by 55.70 points (1.63%) to 3,457.63 points on Tuesday.

The turnover totalled AED 404.85 million through the exchange of 136.73 million shares.

Mashreq Bank topped the risers with 7.95%, while Emirates Refreshments led the fallers with 5.47%.

Emaar Properties was the most active stock in terms of the trading volume and value with 22.08 million shares traded at AED 138.16 million.

Similarly, the main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended the session higher by 0.528% to 9,994.78 points.

The turnover reached AED 1.70 billion after 366.24 million shares were traded. The market cap stood at AED 2.13 trillion.

Abu Dhabi National Energy (TAQA) advanced the risers with 11.38%, while Palms Sports was the top faller with 4.18%.

Multiply Group was the most active stock, recording the highest trading volume of 139.07 million shares and value of AED 342.60 million.
