UAE stock markets close Tuesday in green zone

UAE – Mubasher: The main index DFMGI of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 38.32 points (0.99%) at the end of Tuesday’s session, hitting 3,877.08 points.

A total of 157.36 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 340.28 million.

Emaar Development was the top riser with 5.08%, while Al Mal Capital REIT topped the losing securities with 10%.

Emaar Properties generated the highest turnover of AED 117.48 million, whereas Shuaa Capital was the most active stock in terms of the volume with 42.82 million shares.

Similarly, the benchmark index FADGI of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed the session higher by 0.63% at 9,343.88 points.

The trading value totalled AED 1.06 billion through the exchange of 214 million shares. Meanwhile, the market cap value amounted to AED 2.79 trillion.

Ras Al Khaimah Company for White Cement and Construction Materials (RAK White Cement) advanced the risers with 7.27%, while Sharjah Cement and Industrial Development Company led the fallers with 8.28%.

International Holding Company (IHC) registered the highest turnover of AED 207.21 million, while Waha Capital was the most active stock with 36.20 million shares.
