UAE stock markets close Tuesday in green zone

UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Tuesday's trading session on a positive note.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched up 0.77% to settle at 3,213.46 points by the end of Tuesday's session.

Turnover amounted to AED 162.23 million after 80.52 million shares had been exchanged through 2,669 transactions.

Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) topped the green zone with 4.17%, while Aan Digital Services Co led the red zone with 3%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went up 0.518% to close Tuesday's session at 8,779.63 points.

A total of 350.51 million shares had been traded through 12,747 transactions valued at AED 1.697 billion.

Gulf Medical Projects Company came on top of the rising stocks with 14.83%, while Fertiglobe headed the losing stocks with 2.04%.
