UAE stock markets close Tuesday in green zone

UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Tuesday's trading session in the green zone.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up 0.51% to close Tuesday's trading session at 3,119.96 points.

A total of 395.679 million shares were traded through 8,367 transactions valued at AED 814.839 million.

Emaar Malls led the rising stocks with 3.88%, while the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) company topped the losing stocks with 10%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched up 0.17% to end Tuesday's session at 8,196.1 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 1.943 billion after 373.389 million shares had been exchanged through 11,715 transactions.

Al Qudra Holding came on top of the green zone with 14.94%, while Foodco Holding headed the red zone with 9.86%.
