UAE stock markets close Thursday with collective decline

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) lost 49.37 points (1.17%) on Thursday and ended the trading session at 4,142.92 points.

DFM’s trading value amounted to AED 497.97 million through the exchange of 419.51 million shares.

Emaar Properties witnessed the highest turnover of AED 148.46 million,

Union Properties, which led the risers with 5.24%, was the most active stock with 191.77 million shares.

Meanwhile, Al Firdous Holding headed the decliners with 5.66%.

Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) fell by 0.628% to 9,762.17 points.

A total of 195.63 million shares were traded at a value of AED 968.19 million, while the market cap value reached AED 2.82 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 215 million, whereas Manazel dominated the trading volume with 25.39 million shares.

Foodco National Foodstuff (FNF) advanced the gainers with 5.96%, while ADC Acquisition Corporation topped the fallers with 10%.
