UAE stock markets close Thursday's session on positive note

UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Thursday's trading session in the green zone.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched up 1.10% to close Thursday's trading session at 3,409.84 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 335.52 million after 157.18 million shares had been exchanged through 5,178 transactions.

The DFM company led the rising stocks with 3.12%, while Dubai Refreshment Company (DRC) topped the losing stocks with 9.63%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went up 0.18% to settle at 9,608.27 points by the end of Thursday's session.

A total of 267.40 million shares were traded through 10,809 transactions valued at AED 1.74 billion.

Commercial Bank International (CBI) came on top of the green zone with 14.92%, while United Arab Bank (UAB) headed the red zone with 7.46%.
