UAE – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) rose by 18.24 points on Thursday to close at 3,144.53 points.
The turnover stood at AED 151.03 million after 57.72 million shares were exchanged.
Emirates Refreshments headed the risers with 6.61%, while Al Firdous Holdings led the losers with 10%.
Emaar Properties was the most active stock with the highest trading value and volume of AED 44.52 million and 9.34 million traded shares, respectively.
The main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) also rose by 0.39% to 8,431.36 points.
The trading value amounted to AED 1.5 billion through the exchange of 335.81 million shares. The market cap value stood at AED 1.6 trillion.
Dana Gas was the top riser with 2.97%, while Reem Investments led the fallers with 9.46%.
First Abu Dhabi Bank achieved the highest turnover of AED 330.58 million, while Dana Gas registered the highest trading volume of 188.82 million shares.
