UAE stock markets close Sunday in red zone

UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Sunday's trading session in the red zone.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down 0.23% to close Sunday's session at 3,257.79 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 656.284 million after 556.567 million shares had been exchanged through 7,290 transactions.

Amlak Finance headed the rising stocks with 14.96%, while National Cement Co (NCC) topped the losing stocks with 9.62%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main inched down 0.15% to end Sunday's trading session at 8,336.486 points.

A total of 267.016 million shares were traded through 7,281 transactions valued at AED 1.42 billion.

National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCTH) came on top of the green zone with 14.69%, while Zee Stores led the red zone with 8.79%.
