UAE – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 42.33 points (1.27%) to close Monday’s session at 3,354.64 points.
The turnover stood at AED 505.88 million after 153.10 million shares were traded.
Emirates NBD was the top riser with 2.87%, while Emirates Refreshments led the fallers with 4.78%.
Emaar Properties was the most active stock in terms of the trading volume and value with 30.80 million exchanged shares worth AED 155.05 million.
Similarly, the main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by 2.152% to 9,319.4 points.
The turnover reached AED 2.03 billion through the trading of 258.01 million shares. The market cap value amounted to AED 1.76 trillion.
Ras Al Khaimah Poultry and Feeding Company (RAK Poultry) was the top riser with 14.75%, while Gulf Medical Projects led the fallers with 9.82%.
Aldar Properties recorded the highest trading volume of 72.43 million shares, while First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) generated the highest turnover of AED 554.55 million.
