Dubai – Mubasher: Gemini Property Developers has appointed Sunil Gomes as the Dubai-based real estate developer’s new CEO, according to a statement on Wednesday.
Sunil, who has more than 30-year experience in the real estate under his belt, will be entrusted with streamlining the completion of the developer’s new property development projects worth AED 800 million in Dubailand and Business Bay.
“Our decision to appoint Sunil Gomes was based on his distinguished career and extensive experience in the global real estate development, and his track record in delivering major projects,” Gemini Property’s chairman Sudhakar Rao commented.
Sunil’s appointment comes at a time when the company is bracing for the handover of new AED 300 million Dubai-based development projects in Sobha Hartland within MBR City.
“Sunil’s professional background corresponds with the company’s current plans to pursue a real-estate development strategy that contributes to profitability, boosting the financial position, high returns on Gemini’s assets and a sustainable revenue growth”, Rao added.
