Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties announced that it will begin selling units at its new residential project Harbour Gate in the Dubai Creek Harbour starting Saturday, 18 February 2017.
The launch will come under a special-themed event called "Pirates of the Creek", the company said in a statement released Friday, adding that the project covers an area of six square kilometres and is located 10 km away from the Dubai International Airport.
Dubai-based Emaar described its new project as having a ‘bespoke island lifestyle’ and being part of one of the largest integrated development projects in the world, the Dubai Creek Harbour.
Situated in the Island District, Harbour Gate will also be located "in close proximity to The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour, the new global icon, and a world-class mall and the retail district featuring high-end brands," Emaar said in an official statement.
The project includes 491 'elegantly-designed' apartments, offering waterfront and park views, and overlooking the boulevard and the Central Park featuring lush landscapes.
Since 2001, Emaar Properties has delivered more than 41,500 residential units in the emirate of Dubai and across the globe. The company boasts more than 690,000 square metres of assets, generating constant revenues as well as 14 hotels and resorts with north of 2,700 rooms.
