UAE – Mubasher: The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention registered 2,234 additional COVID-19 infections on Wednesday.
No fatalities were reported, while 775 new patients were cured of the virus, Emirates News Agency (WAM) announced.
The new figures brought the total number of COVID-19 cases in the UAE to 757,145 since the pandemic started, of which 743,340 recovered and 2,160 passed away.
Over the past 24 hours, the UAE health ministry administrated 37,695 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, bringing the total number of jabs to more than 22.57 million until press time.
