Dubai- Mubasher: The UAE stock markets need a long-term institutional participation in the markets to take good advantage of the good prices of which some leading companies have reached, analysts told Mubasher.
The level of risk at both Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) is becoming higher than before, with traders not focusing on making investments as well as tending to perform speculative trading, capital market analyst Jamal Ajjaj said.
Both DFM and ADX need institutional investment to return in the coming session, with blue chips reaching good levels, he noted.
Liquidity will usually be focused on stocks that are listed on DFM and Boursa Kuwait, as well as small caps which witnessed high levels since the beginning of 2017, capital market analyst Duaa Majed said.
