Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The inflation in the UAE declined to 3.29% in June, compared to 3.48% a month earlier.
Cost of Living Index rose to 111.5 points last month versus 107.94 in May, according to a report released by the UAE Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority (FCSA).
In June, the prices of housing, electricity, and gas increased by 3% month-on-month, while health care prices inched down 0.01% in comparison with the month before.
The prices of food and beverages added 2.7% month-on-month, whereas tobacco’s prices soared 84.7% against May’s figures, FCSA’s data showed.
