UAE - Mubasher: The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has approved the emergency use of the Sinopharm vaccine to children aged 3 -17, the Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.
This decision is based on the results of clinical studies and the strict assessment to approve the vaccine's emergency use, in addition to the local evaluation that complies with the approved regulations.
The approval for the vaccine comes as part of the UAE's efforts to contain the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and ensure the health and safety of community members.
