Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Travel agents across the UAE project an increase in airline ticket prices to regional and touristic destinations ahead of the Eid Al-Adha holiday, Emarat Al Youm newspaper reported.
Airline prices in the UAE are currently down by around 10% compared to the same period in 2016, mainly due to the large number of offers as carriers increase the number of their destinations.
We expect significant pressure on the value of return tickets if the high demand period ahead of the start of schools is not taken into consideration, the newspaper added, citing the travel agents.
Travel officials advised vacationers and travellers to book their tickets early on, in order to enjoy lower prices.
