UAE – Mubasher: Non-oil trade between the UAE and Italy reached $7.6 billion in 2018, the UAE’s ambassador to the European country, Omar Obaid Al Shamsi, stated during the UAE-Italy Business Forum, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).
More than 600 Italian companies operate in the UAE and 8,765 Italian brands are present in the GCC country.
Held in Milan, the UAE-Italy Business Forum welcomed participants from 30 Emirati SMEs operating in various sectors, along with 260 Italian SMEs.
