Two Point Zero's unit takes over Maseera

Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Two Point Zero Group’s subsidiary, E Point Zero Holding Limited, has increased its ownership percentage to 100% in Maseera Holding Limited.

The ADX-listed group fully acquired Maseera after taking over the remaining 5% ownership interest from its founder, Amro Abouesh, according to a press release.

In this regard, Abouesh stepped down from his position as the CEO of Maseera.  

The agreement is executed through E Point Zero Holding Limited's fully-owned subsidiary, Lumen Aegis Entreprises SPV RSC Ltd, which acquired 95% of Maseera shares in February 2025.

Maseera is an AI-driven global financial services provider that focuses on financial inclusion for underserved populations.

It caters to low- and middle-income individuals as well as micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).
