Cairo – Mubasher: Castle Development and El Makassa have revealed a luxurious smart residential compound, Castle Landmark, at the New Administrative Capital.
Spanning 41.5-acre of a built-up area, Castle Landmark will be developed with EGP 5 billion in investments and will be delivered by 2022, the property developer said in a press release.
“We are constantly trying to provide flexible, personalized, and customizable, high-quality options to our customers. Which is why implementing the latest technologies and next-generation services is imperative to our success,” CEO of Castle Development Ahmed Mansour said.
The new project, located at the R7 site in the new capital and next to the British University offers fully finished units with central air conditioning and premium security systems.
“Landscaped by Egyptian-German Okoplan Consulting Engineers, Castle Landmark introduces cutting-edge, ultra-modern design concepts that involve elements of nature in every aspect of its plan, where 81% of the land area is allocated to greenery and open space,” according to the press release.
“Castle Landmark is no exception as all 1800 units combine efficiency and premium quality solutions with a 70% dependence on solar energy,” Mansour added.
The new capital will host a smart community of 7 million residents that use modern and advanced systems as the basis for management across 700 square kilometres.
Moreover, a sister company to ABC, which was founded in 1982 in Jeddah, Castle Development is injecting nearly EGP 8 billion in building residential projects at the New Administrative Capital.
