Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company filed a lawsuit with the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD) against former board member and CEO Abdulaziz Najib Al Suwailem.
The company noted that the decision did not address the substance of some claims due to jurisdictional and procedural considerations, according to a bourse disclosure.
Having studied the decision and its reasons with its legal advisors, Tihama Advertising decided to exercise its legal right to object and appeal it to the competent authority within the legal period.
The company will announce any material developments in this matter in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions.
